Some useful information:-

  • The maximum number of guests in a twin/double room is 2.

  • Check in is after 2.30pm to 8.00pm and if arriving after 6pm please let us know.  Check out by 10.30am. 

  • Sorry no pets allowed.

  • There is free wifi in each bedroom. Please ask for the password.

  • All bedrooms are located on the upper floor with stair access.

By booking you have agreed to the following Terms and Conditions:-

  • Guests will be responsible for making good any damage caused to fixtures and fittings.  Take away food is not permitted in bedroom areas, dining room is free to use for take away meals.

  • The premises has a strict No Smoking Policy in accordance with current legislation.  Anyone smoking on premises will be asked to leave with no refund if they refuse to abide by house rules and Scottish law.

  • Payment by cash or card.

  • Cancellation policy - No fee will be charged if bookings are cancelled 7 days before stay, if not cancelled within 7 days a fee equivalent to first nights stay will be charged.
